As per the papers, the scammers claimed to have been summoned to Small Claim Courts by a group of 9 victims who brought the case to a civil suit. The court dismissed the 9 victims' claim and Ye Hong Quan walks free.

Students of this Baccarat Institute are screwed. BIG time.

You are right Halloween. That is a very good suggestion. Should try whatever means and resorts available to stop those crooks. Not sure is anyone of the group of students who take legal action against them in this forum. If you read this message, do consider this approach. Go by the strength, group all the 40 students and collectively sue against them.

Are their photos are available ? Stomp will be a good avenue to warn all other fellow young sporeans who will be lured and conned by their promise of 100% sure win strategy.

Another way is go to go MediaCorp and shown on those "星期二特写" program to broadcast to more people out there about this company. Get them on TV. The bros here will support all the way.
