5. Take a fifth of that amount and you can have a feast at IN-N-OUT Burgers for three days in Vegas.

Why "Walter Mitty" had to post this, I've no idea, but suspect he is desperate for me to prove the opposite of his throw away statement. I'm use to it, he's been playing these sort of games for years at GamblerGlen.

If he is ignored, he starts making audacious claims such as "not having lost in six months", or inflates his betting size 40 fold, to turn the tide and a fair degree are gullible. Not that, "what anybody bets matters", but those that have to lie on message boards to gain or win over anonymous attention and adulation, really have a few loose screws rattling around. I can fully understand players being on a high after a win or series of wins, just make sure it's all kosher, otherwise you are just sad prick getting their kicks from posting tales on the internet.

Yet, I find myself winning many first bets, so the "push" at bet #2 is not really hurting me. Wouldn't you agree, John, that if you have a decent bet selection that doesn't (generally) fall into long losing streaks, that something like a 1-1-3 might be best to handle it without "going nuts" with a marty.

I'm having an issue with this "hurting me" comment. Namely why a $200 per hand player, would use such a remark, oops I forgot, that has now been reduced to $100, yet even so, if any player felt "hurt" over the cost of one unit, surely it would be understandable that they simply drop their playing level down to say $50 per hand or even $25 per hand, not only would any LW run now produce a profit, but a series loss would be less costly overall. And if somebody claims to own this game, it won't matter playing a few more hands.

It is not like, the strategy calls for a 1-1-3 progression, rather it is deployed to, and I quote "not hurt". Doesn't kinda make a lot of sense does it, not unless of course it's not possible to drop 'ones' betting level any further or limited bankroll. Then it would make all the sense in the world, and would add credence to what I stated a long time ago
