Default Washington State Online Gambling Ban

Well fellas, tomorrow I will go to a B&M Casino and try my "system". Can't play online, as our Governor, (Christine Gregwhore), who was just reelected to a second term, outlawed online gambling.

Why didn't she just cut off my sac? A 73 year old man, and I can't play Poker or Baccarat online. WTF So I'm forced to a B&M. I feel about that, the same way Ryan does. Got my fill in Vegas. The Governor must

have been paid off by our Native American Friends who own the Casinoes.

If I didn't feel so confident about my play, I wouldn't even consider

going. Guess you are the "most shoes won" Champ Ryan, with your 250

    shoes w/only 3 losses. I thought my 73 consecutive shoes w/out a loss

was way up there. But then, I'm flat betting, so maybe there's really no

comparison. When it finally lost it was two units. Two shoes later, lost four units. (I can hear the boo-birds gathering). lol Not selling, but

it's somewhat of a tease. What the hell do you expect? I've earned it!

Maybe tomorrow night I'll come home with my tail between my legs and

apologize. Have a BR of $800.00. Ten dollar units where I'll be playing

(Muckleshoot Casino) in Auburn Washington. Haven't played for years.

Will be shooting for a ten unit win. Have averaged 4-7 units a shoe.

    Hi, Therapy101.

I wish you best of luck.

For $800 bankroll, is decent for $10 or even $25 unit size.

You could make 10 times or more of your bankroll, if your method works well with good MM.

Play with confidence, whatever amount you can win from the casinos, are considered as the winner.

I've got the perfect tune for you.

When I'm testing, I have my music going. Each song I have logged offers me a form of inspiration or calm.

I have anger music - usually Eminem - and I have top-40 stuff and older new-wave.

I am a non-performing musician so I like virtually all music to some extent.

Try to open your mind - listen to the WORDS - and check this tune-out before you go.

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KV2ssT8lzj8"]NO LOVE[/ame]

I'm pretty sure you can "handle" the language - I do NOT believe in censoring art!

    Does it matter, soxfan?

We're supporting him, so he can play with confidence, with whatever bankroll he has.

But, pundit, I wasn't knockin the dude. Was just curious if an 80 unit bankroll was his lifetime bank sufficient for long term flatbet style. I hope all of us continue to take cake from casinos, hey hey.

It's all about the taxes. If the government can't get its cut, they outlaw it.

but canadian casinos pay taxes i am sure

that is what i think hotdog was referring to that online caisnos do not pay taxes to the government but b&m do of course

so until the internet gambling industry can be regulated to pay revenue to the state the government will do everything possible to get people to lose money at places where the state will eventually get a piece of the action

oh i am sure we see eye to eye on many things

i have nothing against you personally andy

i am sure you are a fine guy and i can believe you if you say you are winning because a lot of players here are winning too with their own systems

what we do not see eye to eye on is the reason of your winning

it sounds like you are saying you are winning because of the likes of ellis and mark maverick and that if anyone else wants to win then pay them their tuition and learn how to win

to me that is one hundred percent baloney and shill talk for too many reasons not the least of which is that too many others have already reported losing using their methods and moreover their methods have already been tested by luckoftheirish and proven to fail even after giving it thousands and millions of shoes for a chance to win

so if you persist to insist that you are winning because of ellis and mark then there is really something wrong with that and that is something which is simply beyond me to understand

anyway i am sure you have your reasons but it is clear from the evidence what is true

Okay guys, here's my report. My tail isn't between my legs, but my head is hanging a bit.

First though I would like to thank you all for the support you showed me, it really touched my heart.

Okay, didn't go to the Muckleshoot as I originally planned, but went with (bhumibol)

Bond, to a Mom and Pop Casino in the city of Seatac (close to Seattle). Small place, no smoking (a plus); very cordial Casino personnel (mostly Asian); mostly Asian Players (for the most part I was the only Cracker there except for the Poker Table); and three Baccarat Tables. They bury 15 cards, then draw a card and count off the number of cards according to that denomination. Bought in for $300.00.

I started off with a new shoe and was keeping about even (very early on),

when I made a mistake and didn't bet when I should have, Then I bet

    when I shouldn't. Before I knew it, I was down 12 units $120.00. The

2nd shoe was more friendly, but I made a couple of errors there too.

Before I knew it, I was down 15 units. I was about 1/3 of the way into

the 3rd shoe and about worn out. (Don't sleep much, so tire in the

afternoon). So the old Gambler in me took over and I went with a

Fibonannci using $5 as a unit. Had to start with two units as the table

minimum is $10. I bet 13 units only once ($65.00)(once is too much) , then had a run of

consecutive wins. I had regained the 15 units, and was up by 8 units

($40.00). Called it quits, and the Casino comped me to a meal. I got

lucky, I could have just as easily given up the whole $300.00, the amount

I bought in with. So, all in all, I feel bad that I was on the losing end of

my flat betting strategy. The errors didn't help, must have had 5

losses or missed winning opportunities. Again guys, thanks for your

support. Looking forward to the Tournament. P.S. Thanks for the music

Scotty, I'm not all that into rap, (must be a generation gap thing), but I

did like the instrumental parts and singing. T101

    I'm happy that you won.

I think you got caught-up in the environment.

It takes half-a-dozen visits to feel like you belong in a casino - like you "own" it - not literally.

Did you keep a scorecard and measure "what-if?"

Meaning, did you check what would have happened if everything was measured and bet properly?

I'd like to know how your testing compared to the real play.

Consider going again - but make sure you are relaxed.

If you're not relaxed - no biggie, you've jumped the main wall - getting back-in.

P.S. I'm not really into rap - but Eminem is quite the poet if you listen and hear what he is saying.

Not all "music" or "poetry" appeals to everyone. They are both very subjective.

Well done Therapy, been there myself, missed bets, then you try and make up by taking unnecessary ones which are not part of your game plan. When all seems doomed, go for it and run a Fibo.

The Fibo is a powerful weapon but you not only need the bankroll, you also need to have the disposition.

Also agree, it takes a few visits before you feel comfortable being back in the saddle. Which is not always a good thing, when you have been away for a while, you are as sharpe as anything, very cautious. After a few trips (hopefully winning trips), you relax a bit and sometimes let your guard down which can be fatal.

A win is a win and much better than losing.

    Therapy 101,
    good work T101.

since you have played online, now you are playing on landed casino.
it is difference. In casino has a lot of distraction and so on, so you will take some times to get used to it.(as other members said)
what i do is to take 10-15 minutes break between shoes(out side of the casino-get some air) to refresh myself.Freshing, thinking and focusing on the next game.
i made a lot of mistakes too and everyone does.

wish the best to you and all members.

Nice work on getting your money back. It sounds like you and BH when to the Wizzard's casino and had a fun time. Today is the protesting day in state capital for the Online gambling ban with the help of the PPA.

I will download the words, as I understand that is what you wanted me

to hear. Thanks for the kind words. I did not save the shoes played,

my recording surface is an 8 1/2 x 11 inch plastic "sandwich" with a

preprinted score card "sandwiched" between the two pieces of plastic.

I understand the importance of recording shoes played, and have

taken action to record the shoes for posterity. (My method dictates use

of a rather large score card, hence the plastic. Decisions are recorded

with a China Marker, (grease pencil). A paper towel wipes the old shoe,

for the new, with a separate card to save decisions. (sounds

cumbersome, but is not. You may rest assured I will capture all future

sessions. I really do wish I had saved the shoes. Thanks again Scotty

it is difference.

Thanks for the advice tuanle. I feel confident I will be able to overcome

error rate. Somehow I felt I needed to play a complete shoe. I can

enter a shoe at any time (as most everyone can), When down 15 units,

I felt pressured to continue playing, because I have seen the shoe

reverse itself and become user friendly, as indeed what happened.

Although I reverted to Fibannanci, the 3rd shoe became very friendly, as

indeed it would have to, allowing me to recoup 30 units @ $5.00, then

win an additional 8 units for a $40.00 win. Thanks again T101

For an old timer, there are a lot of people here rooting for you, don't let us down. Should you decide to play again, relax, take your time, you're not playing against any clock, as soon as you feel yourself getting impatient, then is the time to quit. Oh yeah and always keep those bets under control.

You can't use age as an excuse, I once saw a 95+ Chinese Lady play for over three days and nights non-stop.

Thanks John. Are you a member of the PPA? I should get on the ball and

sign up. How goes the Poker play? Are you at the Capital protesting?

Have you ever played Wizards? User friendly with many perks. Forgot to

mention it before, their table limits are $10.00 minimum with a $300.00

max. What surprised me was when one player lost $400.00, on a single

hand, then bet $600.00 the next to recoup and go up $200.00. The

Pit Boss explained they allow players to place bets on neighboring

positions. How crazy is that? He explained, pointing to an empty table

saying, "$300.00 can be placed at each player position on the table".

This isn't BJ, I don't get it, but I like it. Good luck. They also offer "free hands" how great is that? T101
