It turned out he abandoned the group after a week, and left everyone high and dry with zero explanation. She came back to me and said, Girl, you were so right, this whole thing is a scam, that Mark is a terrible teacher who blows his top off at students and his system is worthless, and all he wants is to scam you out of your money. Nothing he said about Maverick is true and it just doesn't work. He blames you for being "negative" if it doesn't work for you, as if that has anything to do with anything. She said the only person who seems to always be winning there is that other teacher Andy, and when you ask him to explain why he breaks the rules of the system in his scorecards, he can't give you a straight reason, just shrugs his shoulders and says, well, I just had a hunch, or, I knew from experience to do that, like it's magic and he can see into the future and can always get it right but never able to explain why. She says Andy seems to win even more than Mark does, at least according to what he claims. No one sees any real evidence he wins, though, it's just a bunch of talk. I don't know if she is the one who posted one of those ripoff reports about Maverick, but it sorta does sound like her. Oh well, live and learn.
