It's been a long time coming but think of this as the BaccaratForums.com State of the Union address, going over how we've grown and plans for the future.

Stats from the last time I updated the advertising page on 2009/10/03:

Alexa ranking has dropped considerably - which is fantastic, as the lower the better. For example, Google has a ranking of 1. This means there only about 219,000 websites with more traffic than baccaratforums.com, which is great for this forum with such a tight niche focus on baccarat and not card games in general.

Membership has gone up solidly, 2000+ new members, with this new batch having a lot of active members on the forum, of which I'm very thankful for. Of course I love all the readers (including the lurkers) but the members of the forum that are putting up helpful posts and new threads I thank you.

The total posts improvement is staggering to me. From 1,800 to almost 18,000! That's amazing.

As to the future direction of the forum, I'm looking to upgrade the forum software, update the look of the forum, add some calculators, do internet marketing and seo for the forum (My "real" job is in internet marketing and seo for small businesses that are looking for more customers from the internet) and perhaps reshuffle the forum sections.
