Are you sure it was called "Baccarat Pattern Recognition"?

I have a few Powerplay systems from 2006, they all seem to be called BaccaratPowerPlay part 1 through 4, another system from 2002 is also called powerplay Baccarat. Yet another from 2005 is also called PowerPlay Baccarat, ahh the bad old days when Boyce teamed up with Izak to con people out of their money.

Hey loti..i picked up a book at a flea market(2 bucks) called"Playing Blackjack as a business" by Lawrence Revere.last print 1980..noted on the cover"The only blackjack book available that is up to date,and absolutely accurate..Strategies were devised by Julian Bruan of IBM corporation.The book contains many colorful charts and strategies...i don't play blackjack..but the book looks very entertaining to read..U ever come across this one?.. and if U read it what do U think of it in practical use? Thanks.

Sorry for not responding sooner. I have never heard of that book before and did a little research. It is actually rated quite high on Amazon though some feel it is outdated but for it's time was the definitive book on BJ.

The "Playing Blackjack as a Business" book posted above by Lawrence Revere was a ground breaking book in BJ in the early 80's.

The person's real name was Spec Parsons who ran a BJ school in Vegas and was basically a cranky old man who yelled at everyone who took his BJ course which he gave at his home.

Forget about playing BJ,,,,,especially in Vegas where they give you a "whopping" 6-5 for a 21 instead of 3 to 2 ( that was an actual marketing ad they ran in a vegas casino-----a "whopping 6-5 odds on a 21 )...and the moron tourists actually play those games.

The only way to beta BJ is with a counting team and you have to find 10 or 15 people with :

1. Intelligence to count
2. Honesty so they don't steal money
3. Time to play
4. Money to invest in the bank

Good luck trying to find 10 to 15 of those type of people....and even of you do put together a team, its only a matter of time before the casinos spot you and throw you out.

I practiced with Mr Cee's original craps method and averaged 2.5 units a 45 minute session. This was done with dice at home and I kept records on over 400 practrice sheets.
