I won't be acting as an advisor online or personally (I think you taught me a good lesson on the inadvisability of the very brief foray I tried with that). But, you do a very good job with that in your online postings (and I have actually enjoyed some of your informative threads).
Yes, I think there was a time when perhaps I thought that I could keep a few "newbies" from making the early errors which I did and I did try to "teach" on several forums (and I wasn't always right... because I was always experimenting and trying new things). Yep... I did play around with a "delayed martingale" once, but that wasn't something I hung my hat on (I think that was one post on Gamblersglen, perhaps), although with the right bet selection (and probably a choppy table) it did seem to work a lot of the time (haven't even thought about that one for five years). But a forum where people can toss out ideas (like that) is a good environment... because there are so many tricks which can become part of your arsenal.
I do like to read about gambling (really more than post about it). And I don't really have very much time to post on gambling now, because I am involved in another project which takes most of my time.
No, I won't be leading anyone astray (any more) with false hopes... but, truly that phenomenon does occur with any intelligently phrased internet gambling posting where an experienced player gives hints about the way they win (and dozens of your posts over the past years fit that same category... false hopes are just what happens). But, I learned my lessons about that five or so years ago (or is it longer?) and I won't be posting like those old days any more.
So you are now far more of an expert than I ever was and I think you have a bigger following than I ever did of those who respect your expertise (which probably surpasses anything I know). I take my hat off to you.
