As a newbie, I am perplexed by these kinds of stories from Georgia Hurricane leaving gambling after winning BIG but losing it all back or someone else's good luck finally running out and eventually losing his/her shirt so just a few questions for the affected.
Did you guys know ahead of time that your luck will eventually run out or did you have a rock solid or decent system in front of you that kept you playing?
If it's the latter then is it poor Money Management that puts you in the hole? Why don't you stake a reasonable consistent plan that would have you winning in aggregate per hour albeit a modest amount instead of a 'double or nothing/no risk no reward' mentality. Treat it like a business and you are your own accountant kind of deal.
Or god forbid sometimes I think, while sweating in mild fear, that casino orchestration are the cause for these roller coaster stories I hear all the time resulting in advantage players who don't quit while they are ahead "getting it in the end"?
Which is it?
