Thread: What do you know about ties?

Firstly..I appreciate the wealth of experience and knowledge on these boards

Please may I ask...and again, Gamblers Fallacy aside..

How many hands/decisions do you see on average before a tie? (10-30?)

How many times have you seen or know of a 6-8 deck shoe running
without a tie?

Please may I ask this...

Baccarat is perhaps less static due to the value of cards to make a tie come around? (I still very much reading posts and learning)

So with Roulette..you play Dozens...fractions short of 1 in 3 chance because of Zero (or more if double zero)

With baccarat...say the 3rd is 1 tie in 13..39 hands.

What would you say was a better bet?

1. 3 ties in 39 hands of Baccarat.
2. 3 dozens in 39 spins of roulette...

Don't know if I make 100% sense..my apoligies..I'm just trying to piece things in my own mind rather than play someone elses system...

I may have a system in me...

EDIT...Yes within minutes of reading my post...I think I really got things wrong.

Roulette pays 3-1 for a dozen and Baccarat 8-1 for a tie...

The equation should be more like...1 tie in 39 hands and 3 dozens in 39 spins.

I'm not making a system here....just trying to work things out...(I say that because fractions could
mean more than what I am making them out to be)

Dont hold me to this. But I read some so-called expert that on average a tie is 1 in 11 hands.
