Every bet above 0 on the chart is flat betting.
Every bet below 0 on the chart is using fibo.

You flat betting when you have a neutral or positive balance.
You recover with fibo when you have a draw down below 0.

You aim to capture series of two.

The first bet can be red or black it does not matter because you can't know what will hit.

If you bet black and black hit you win and play black again so you capture a serie of two.
Black hits again.
Now you play against your serie of two to end as a serie of two and red hit.
You win and play red again so you capture a serie of two reds and so on.

If you have black and bet black again and red hit you play that you will get two singles in a row a serie of two so bet black again.
If you lose you have one black and one serie of two reds and play against it and follow the march as I mention it the beginning.
But if you win you have hit a serie of two singles and continue to play singles to alternate.
When it ends you will have a serie of two and play against it and follow the march as I mention in the beginning.

You stop playing when you hit three loses in a row and wait for a switch for a new colour.

Fibo: 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89 and so on

If this one is used on Roulette, it will be broken by the 0 and/or 00 and the 35/36 pay odds in a long run. If is used on Baccarat, it still can't overcome the commission in a long run. I advise the test count in the 0/00 and you will see the curve will go the other way.
