Well i responded briefly about that on this GG thread:
Gambler's Glen Message Boards : Baccarat Message Board : Here comes the "Bragger" for Dragon ) by writing, "
Don't tip any dealer not "actively" reciprocating the gesture. They sure don't give'em back when the old "heart valve" finally stops. And NO known baccarat system has of yet ANY edge (over the house) from which to reasonably deduct any tips, let alone even 1% of winnings. Even after the comps, every player loses in the long-run, so why "reverse the comps" back to the dealers; and whom only get paid less because of it?"
Seems is could be a hot topic, with lots of differing opinions and points of view. So i won't write any more here, except that, a lot of players do tip after any big win. But the average big loss is (usually) worse than the average big win... so tipping doesn't make much sense even then WHEN TRYING TO WIN. Tipping even $1 for each $100 won gives up 1% of any (otherwise) aquired edge.
