Smile Which system to use?

Hello ,

I am new to this forum as well as to baccarat, but from the posts I have seen there are experienced players here. I am into to find some baccarat playing techniques and system.

The Martingale system is painful for me, as even on penny base I was manage to loose the whole bankroll. I am playing in fun mode yet, but soon want to play for real money.

The d Alembert method with the increasings and decresings did not seem to work for me because I fly away with loosings.

Only method, but takes for a while to play is the La bouchere method.

That was working fine. I am interested what method you using when you play? or if you have developed some new methods and willing to share it with me, I would be thankfull, and would donate afterwards. I hope I do not sound harsh, but that is real life. I do not want to pay ahead and purchase something. Of course afterwards it is a pleasure to donate for something what made you rich...lol.

So cutting the long story short, what you recommend?

Bambura

Don’t bother with any progression systems. They do not give you any long term advantage. They might help you to win for a little while but you should not expect to make a consistent profit by using them.

There are many different ways to beat baccarat depending on what skills you have. The easiest ways are taking advantage of casino promotions, sign-up bonuses, loss rebate programs or some clever comp hustling. Those techniques are very simple and require little or no skill at all. That is probably the best place to start.

Yep, sound advice: to the point, clear, and Mr London, you should follow it. Progression-betting is a tried an true way to disaster and hell, especially for a newbie, as the saying goes. But one day, when you have read a quality book or two on the subject, and practised a lot, a real lot - without losing your arse - you might come to a place that few ever arrive at... a place where only the most highly-skilled, patient, disciplined, and informed, aware adepts dare to go: progression betting. Remember, anything is possible. But this takes work. And lots of practice.

Hey Sav, I've been listening to the voices of rightness on another place who have been attacking a 'progressions winner over more than 20 years, consistently.' Of course, 99% of APs know that progression do not give you an edge. Stanford Wong has that high on his FMB. But I believe this guy has found a way, computer expert that he is. He is perhaps the one in a thousand that can find a way (at blackjack). But at the moment, he is being savagely mauled by a pack of APs who know who is right.

Maybe this guy has found a way to get an advantage but it almost doesn't matter. Any system that gives you an advantage while using a progression system will give you a bigger advantage by not using a progression system. If this guy really has found a way to beat the casinos then he could make much more money by using a better betting strategy. Progression systems will often have you betting too little at the beginning so you are not earning very much, then you will be betting too much at the end and you risk losing some very big bets and possibly going broke very quickly.

Even if this guy does have an advantage he won’t be earning much money and he will probably end up going broke since he doesn’t know how to manage his bets. That is why I’m always so adamant about the importance of learning the relevant math of gambling. Any fool can stumble upon a winning strategy but he will probably go broke if he doesn’t know how to bet into it properly. A fool and his money are soon parted even when he has the advantage.
