Thread: Wong Phat Predictor System

Hi, I'm new here and I almost bought Wong Phat's Predictor System for US$300. He says I can win 2 out of 3 shoes and average 5-7% profit on turnover. Now that is a fair bit better than Blackjack! I thought I better run it through you guys here. Has this system any merit, and has it been discredited, or credited?

What do you mean by "Turnover?" Is that RETURN ON WAGERS? If so, those percentages seen awfully low!

I have no idea what he means by turnover. His co-creator is someone called Patrick Moore. If you google baccarat systems, Phat's Predictor system is usually at the top of the page. I was hoping someone here is able to can it or canonize it, as it has been around a while.

I don't know, I would stay away from that, those RETURN figures seem real low to me. I myself use a method that averages 20% plus per shoe in RETURN on WAGERS, meaning if you bet, let's say $1000 during the course of a shoe, you'll make $200 or more in profit, plus return the $1000 you bet, and that's an average! Using the method I utilize a person doesn't play/bet every hand, but the yield is great and it's very relaxing to play. Just a thought before you buy a "System" that may not perform according to your expectations. There are many for sale out there, thus, you should consider them carefully ... that's my 2 cents worth.

Several years ago I bought the Predictor system and it lost more than it won. It was also very difficult to play and the software provided with the system was flawed. I pointed that out to the developer and he said he would look into it but he didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. I would not recommend this system.

Thanks guys. Something always stopped me from getting out my credit card and typing in 'send $300' to Phat'. Now I know why. Now I should type in 'send $300 to the guy that gets +20%... instead. System canned. Phat defatted. Thanks again.

Right. I quickly shrugged off Wong's Flat, but quickly picked up on Grab The Gold's PLUS 20% profit. Now I just spent too long hanging out in forever discussions about ONE or a whopping TWO % profit on turnover which is considered par for the course for BJ card counters. (Not including other advantages such as hole carding, shuffletracking, ace tracking, sequencing and the like.)

So you can imagine how Gold's +20% messes somewhat, with my mindset... That sounds like quite a system you got there GFTG... Any er, news on it?

Well, since I posted my request for members to contribute some results for my continued analysis the response has been overwhelming. I wanted to test my method with results from folks around the globe and the response has been great. My method isn't for sale at the moment because I care deeply about being certain that it will be effective againt all shuffling machines (that are NOT automated) and all shuffling, lacing, and combing standards being employed by all types of Casinos around the world. Once I am comfortable, I will release it into the Marketplace at some point.

Sure did mate. Now, at +20% profit margin, I figure that when you are 100% happy with it, a bargain price for it would be around $100,000 per CD, plus postage and handling. Only while stocks last... They should sell like hot cakes, considering all the crappa bacca systems currently cluttering up the marketplace. Keep up the good work. Make sure you can't get hacked. Thanks again.

Thought I might post some real life information on Predictor System. I bought it. I tested it. It does work. But oh so slow!!! Nowhere near the 3 units per shoe it says. To be exact, it will yield you .25 of a unit per shoe. and in that span you will have some severe swings. But, yes hit any table with 20 units and make miniscule change if you've got that kind of time. With $100 flat bets it'll consistently earn you $25/shoe ON A VERY BIG AVERAGE!. I played 100 real Lake Tahoe baccarat shoes and ended up with just under 25 units after commission. Granted this is much MUCH less than the 2-3 units Wong claims you’ll make some $ with it. If I put the time in I win consistently. I can post every shoes results here if anyone is interested. I would like to know anyone else's honest feelings about Predictor System and how other systems compare to it. I'm currently testing Izak Mataya's IBS6, but those results are for another thread.

I Have owned this system/software for nearly two years now and have never being able to make a profit with this system.

PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS SOFTWARE IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

I can't make it any clearer than that.
