Hi Everybody Kudos to the mods on a great place to hang out on...!I've been here as a lurker for a while and finally got around to registration. I sorta live online - spend most of my days addicted to social sites like MySpace and Facebook and gambling sites like InterCasino. Besides gambling (this week I made a sweet $2,000) off of smart baccarat play, I love sports and hiking. So that's my self introduction. It's true that social networking sites like MySpace are addicting! I guess it's because its such an convienent way to stay in totch with friends and meet people without having to dress up and go all crazy everytime. U do it once and ur pictures does the rest. I am one of the addicts of Myspace and I have to say that its because of the fact that people have nothin else to do so when they get on myspace, they have fun. It's just entertaining. Some people have it but are not addicted because they can go out and do something else thats even more fun (which is pretty much everything). Myspace addicts are usually the people who have no lives (I should know) LOL

Anyway, the reason for the obsession with MySpace and Facebook is probably just because people get a feel for it.. They get talking to friends.. and get excited every time they log in and see things such as "new picture comments" "new comments" "new messages"

Stuff like that..
Anything that feels good can get addicting.

Myspace is just a fun place to go to when your bored, and we're always bored when we're not doing something social (or playing baccarat! ), therefore, myspace becomes more than entertainment, it becomes the next era, the next generation, the addiction of fun.
