Following the success of its live gaming offering in Asia, Playtech has announced plans to expand its product range with the launch of a new European facing 'live' product, designed and built on the same platform as the popular Playtech Live Asia.
Playtech says that the European Live Gaming product is aimed at customers who traditionally favour interacting with the dealer over the online casino experience, due its ability to replicate the adrenaline rush and sociability of the land-based casino online.
Hosted by experienced European dealers, Playtech's live gaming platform employs cutting edge technology to create broadcasts that simulate the quality of high-definition television viewing in order to replicate the look and feel of the casino floor.
Playtech's clients will be able to customise the user interface to suit the preferences of their player base, whilst also being able to choose from multiple languages and currencies providing a locally tailored solution for players across Europe. The platform is able to run either as a stand-alone product or in combination with Playtech's casino and poker platforms in a single application.
The company's Live European facing casino games will initially feature Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat games.
Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer of Playtech, said: "Playtech's upcoming European facing live casino games, reflect our commitment to continually broaden our product range and upgrade its quality. Expanding our Live Gaming offering is the natural next step for Playtech as we extend our reach and enhance the profitability of our licensees throughout Europe."
Examples of Playtech casinos include
Omni Casino and
