Default Playing Baccarat at Monte Carlo Casino

We all know that baccarat is a casino game conducted in an elegant and ostentatious atmosphere. The game of James Bond and others in film, baccarat is actually a simple game of chance, involving no particular skills on the part of either the players or the dealers.

In the grand casinos of Europe, at Monte Carlo (which is my favorite casino in the world ) and elsewhere, the game of baccarat is one of the most popular games of chance offered by the casinos.

Back in medieval times the game was played with the mysterious deck of cards known then and now as the Tarot. Although thought to have originated in Italy in the late fifteenth century, within several hundred years it had captured the attention of the French aristocracy. An offshoot of Baccarat is chemin de fer.

Monte Carlo is the most famous casino for baccarat - I've been there countless times, if you haven't played baccarat in Monte Carlo then you just haven't lived! The game is also available for play in casinos elsewhere in Europe as well as the United States, in Las Vegas and Atlantic City and elsewhere. Of course, in today's Internet age, you do not need to leave the comfort of your own home to play baccarat. Many online gaming sites offer Baccarat. Some mentioned in the site are Playboy Casino, InterCasino, VIP Casino, Omni Casino, and my favorite Zodiac Casino. You can play with other players logging in from all over the world!

See you guys at the tables of Monte Carlo!

Anyone here been to Monte Carlo casino?

Me and my wife traveled to Monte Carlo in April it was amazing, we flew into Paris and then took a bus to Monte Carlo we stayed at the Fairmont hotel which over looks the mediterrain sea. We went to the Village of St. Paul in France, then we went to Italy. What every you do exchange you money at a bank it's cheaper, at the hotels they charge you a percentage for the convenience.

We went on several tours and watched the changing of the guards, toured Prince Alberts home, went into the catherdal where Prince Ranier and Grace Kelly were married and now lay to rest. That trip was a trip of a life time. One thing I wish I would of done prior to leaving was pack some snacks in one of the suit cases. We met a son and mom and we went to lunch. My wife said it was our treat, for 4 individual pizza's and a bottle of water it totalled to $112.00 in american dollars. .YIKES... so take snacks.

When I went to the baccarat tables in Monte Carlo I sat next to an elderly man and he told me some fantastic stories about baccarat.. For example, we know that obviously in the game of baccarat, the players sit around a circular or oval table, there are fifteen seats. Did you know that seat number 13 is eliminated as being unlucky! There are actually three staff members working at the table, the one in the middle is known as the croupier, which means "caller" in French, as he calls out the cards as they are dealt to the players. His two assistants collect bets and make payouts of won hands.

What ever you do in Monte Carlo DON'T RENT A scooter.. our tour guide told us that we would go home in a coffin, we do not know how to drive there without getting hurt. All in all it was an amazing trip and we will never forget it.
