  1. I'm working on a method to combine a betting progression with pattern selection. So far what I have found works for me, but is slow, is 123 234. If I win on 1 unit, then bump to 2 units, if I lose that, then bump to 3 units. If 3 wins then back to 1, else, restart at 2 units. If 2 loses bump to 3. If 3 wins, then back to 2 or 1.
    In terms of pattern selection, from studying baccarat cards, I find that clusters of 2 or more criss-crosses plus 2 or more runs occurring back to back, happen about 85% of the time. Not sure what the actual math says, but those are my findings.
    What I find interesting is if you call p b p b a cross of 3x, but only 1 cluster position, then 1. pp 2. bb 3. ppp is 3 run positions but only 1 cluster (3 runs back to back makes 1 cluster). From studying the cards I find that clusters for crossing happen about the same as clusters for runs (pp bb etc)... but if you add up the crosses vs the runs, the runs win by 60% to 35%... 1 1 1 1=4 but 2232=9. Ideas?

    Okay just let me know what we should talk about reagrding your criss-cross method.

    BPBPBP is the same thing as getting BBBBBB or PPPPPP

    But it depends on how you use the distribution.
    You can have an strategy where you play singels contra series or series contra singels

    Then singels has the value of 1 and series an value of 1
    So if you have BPBPBPBBBPBBBPBPBP then it is an SD of +2.5
    12 singels vs 2 series

    So what is your idea or method to explore an strategy play

    If you want, i know how Marigny did it and get the SD.
    Criss-cross patterns has the value of 1.
    So if you have 14 criss-cross with 2 series then you have an SD of +3.0
    I can send you the math behind criss-cross vs patterns if you want.

    I am a littel new here and just getting an feel for all the functions of this forum.
