to cashout you have to contact betphoenix either by phone or live help Mon-Fri. I contacted them by via live help. Then you tell them that you want to cashout and you tell them how much you want to cashout. I believe that you have 2 choices either check or money gram. I don't know how the check works because I choose money gram. If you choose moneygram then you get the money the following business day, but there is a small fee. I do not remember what the fee is. I took my moneygram to cvs and they turned it into a check for me and I put it in my bank account. That is the process that I go through.
